1. Who can I contact with questions regarding remote journal access or other library services while long-term telecommuting?
   • Please direct questions to IFPRI-Library@cgiar.org.
2. How can I access an article the library subscribes from home?
   • Go to the Journal Subscription on the IFPRI library webpage, and select Remote Access or use this link to use the remote access list.
3. I used the Remote Access link and I still can’t access the articles. What do I do?
   • Please direct questions to IFPRI-Library@cgiar.org and provide screenshots if you can. KM staff will work to either get the article for you or regain your access.
4. Can I request Interlibrary Loan articles while teleworking/remotely?
   • Yes. Please go to this page and search the library’s catalog. When you find the item, you would like to request, please fill out the form available when you click on “Request Item through Interlibrary Loan.” If you have problems to access your account, contact KM staff (IFPRI-Library@cgiar.org). Please note that ILL fulfillment may take longer during this time, as many libraries are facing closures and short-staffing.
